Brief description of the profession
Looking for a new adventure in the exciting world of Data? APGAR, a consulting firm specialized in Data, is recruiting a Senior Ai Consultant (F/M).
Reporting to a member of the Apgar board, your missions are as follows:
Main responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions across various domains, including NLP, and predictive analytics, tailored to business needs.
– Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Develop pipelines for seamless deployment, versioning, and monitoring of AI models in production using CI/CD practices.
– Establish and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI models using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools.
– Work closely with data engineers, AI engineers to integrate AI models into applications and provide technical guidance on best practices.
– Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy in production environments.

About the profession.
Senior AI Consultant
As a senior AI Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value. You will lead AI project development, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure successful deployment using DevOps/MLOps practices.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable production environments, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of AI-driven applications.
Management
Supervise and develop the skills of consultants within your scope:
Ensure the development of the consultants;
Coaching and monitoring progress;
Raise consultants’ awareness of Consulting and Data issues;
Train Apgar resources in the methodology to be implemented.
Skills required
- Ability to break down complex business problems into AI-driven solutions and execute end-to-end projects.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of AI engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new AI and DevOps technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and product managers
Profile required
Technical Skills:
AI/ML Expertise:
- Strong experience in in implementing and evaluating supervised and unsupervised AI/ML algorithms, including exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with NLP.
Software Development and Database Management:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience in Entity Relationship design and in using relational database systems such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and software development best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
DevOps & Infrastructure:
- Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment and scaling.
- Model Deployment & Lifecycle Management:
- Experience deploying models in production environments and managing model lifecycle with tools like MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, or Kubeflow.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools for AI models (Prometheus, Grafana).
