Job responsabilities:

  • Adapt global marketing content for the Brazilian market
  • Create local B2B content with consultants
  • Coordinate designers and external vendors
  • Organize and manage events end-to-end
  • Plan and run digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Manage marketing activities in HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, leads)
  • Support lead generation, nurturing, and tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team

Required Skills:

  • B2B marketing experience (services, consulting, tech, or software)
  • Strong content skills (turn complex topics into clear, business-oriented messaging)
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns (Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience with a marketing platform (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Solid organization and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Autonomous, hands-on mindset with strong ownership
