About the Role

  • You support project teams in the context of tenders and contribute to their legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • You analyze and negotiate client and supplier contracts.
  • You help structure and optimize contractual tools (contract repository, clause library in French/English, contract templates).
  • You monitor ongoing contracts and advise operational teams, particularly on projects led by the IT department.
  • You contribute to reviewing contractual documents (e.g., Quality Assurance Plans) and to building the future legal department.
  • You are responsible for the quality of your deliverables, while being supported by your manager.

Compétences requises :

  • You have a strong command of digital law (IT contracts, intellectual property, personal data).
  • You are comfortable drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts.
  • You know how to structure and optimize contractual tools (contract repository, clause library, templates).
  • You are able to advise operational teams (IT / Information Systems) and work in a project-based environment.You demonstrate rigor, strong analytical skills, and have a good level of English.

Profile we are looking for:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (final year) in Business Law / Digital Law (ICT law, intellectual property, etc.).
  • You have knowledge of IT contract management and negotiation.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital law (IT contracts, software, databases, personal data).
  • You are interested in the Data sector and innovative environments.
  • You have a good level of English and enjoy working in a team.
