As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing insightful and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI and a proven track record in leading technical teams. You will be responsible for taking requirements directly from the business, and ensuring a holistic understanding of the entire data pipeline, from data preparation to consumption.

External missions
- Translate requirements from the business stakeholders and transform them into technical ones
- Prototype, design and develop Power BI Reports
- Understand the data pipeline associated and the requested data preparation tasks
- Implement security in reports/dashboards
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance
- Build and modify tables, views and optimize SQL queries/indexes
- Guide junior members of the team
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed
Skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in report and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and report optimization in Power BI.
- Proficiency in DAX, M, and other relevant Power BI languages.
- Experience with data preparation and transformation using Power Query.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required profile
