Looking for a new adventure in the exciting world of Data? APGAR, a consulting firm specialized in Data, is recruiting a Solution Expert (F/M)
Reporting to a member of the Apgar board, your missions are as follows:
Main responsibilities:
- Design and implement the technical phases of an MDM implementation project.
- Coordinate technical activities of a team of developers.
- Operate instructions and work on Definition of architecture.
- Configure specific development in Java and Web (HTML, Javascript, css).
- Create mock-ups in collaboration with functional teams.
- Initialize all the complex features of the solution.
- Design data integration matters to ingest data coming from third party systems and configure data sharing.
- Monitor quality and proper functioning of the whole solution.
- Participate in Internal R&D topics.
- Provide advice and coach Junior Technical Data Engineers.

About the profession.
Solution Expert
As a senior AI Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value. You will lead AI project development, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure successful deployment using DevOps/MLOps practices.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable production environments, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of AI-driven applications.
Management
Supervise and develop the skills of consultants within your scope:
Ensure the development of the solution expert;
Coaching and monitoring progress;
Train Apgar resources in the methodology to be implemented.
Operational support from a more senior profile to help you carry out your assignments, especially during your interventions on client projects.
Dedicated training path to guarantee your career development and knowledge enhancement.

Skills required
Solid knowledge in UML modelling and manipulating XML objects.
Solid understanding and relevant experience managing in data modelling and Relational Database Management Systems
Competency in Web technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Web services (CXF)
Previous experience using Eclipse, Tomcat, Maven, Oracle, Subversion, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Gradle or GIT.
You master the concepts of continuous integration and release management in iterative and agile context.
Knowledge of NO-SQL Databases and Elasticsearch is a plus.
Competency in Data Integration and Service Oriented Architecture are a plus: MFT, ETL/ELT, Event Stream Processing, EAI, ESB, API Management.
Do
Profile required
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in Java / J2EE environments.
Previous experience in leading a team of developers.
