Apgar is looking to recruit an Product Manager for ApgarIA to join our dynamic team in Porto or Lisbon. As a Product Manager for ApgarIA, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience. You’ll guide ApgarIA new product features from conception to launch, ensuring ApgarIA remains the go-to solution for manufacturers seeking to optimize their operations.
ApgarIA is the Apgar cutting-edge AI suite designed to revolutionize Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations, specializing in demand forecasting, production scheduling optimization, and Agentic AI-powered operations.
You will join our AI team in Lisbon or Porto and become part of our global team that excels in develop and deliver AI solutions in Europe, Brazil, Middle East, and North America.

Your mission goals will be:
- Shape Product Vision & Strategy:Collaborate with leadership to refine ApgarIA’s vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and quickly evolving market needs.
- Drive the Product Roadmap:Define, prioritize, and continually iterate on the product roadmap using insights gathered from direct market trends and customer feedback.
- Translate Requirements into Action: Gather user requirements and convert them into clear, executable user stories and feature specifications for the engineering team.
- Lead Discovery & Validation: Own the product discovery and validation processes, leveraging customer interviews, analytics, and feedback loops to inform feature development and prioritization.
- Be the Customer Advocate: Serve as the internal “voice of the user,” championing features and improvements that increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide expert support, proactively addressing challenges and removing obstacles to ensure customer success.
- Leverage Customer Insights: Gather, analyze, and act on user feedback, using these insights to inform both product evolution and customer success strategies.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate deep relationships with key users and stakeholders, positioning yourself—and ApgarIA—as a trusted advisor.
- Drive Growth Opportunities: Identify avenues for wider product adoption, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop tailored value propositions, pitches, and strategic expansion campaigns.

Required profile
- 6 or + years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP functional or technical experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Operations, ideally with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, or production scheduling.
- Proven experience delivering and adapting supply chain solutions for B2B enterprise customers.
- Strong background in gathering user requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience in software customer-facing roles, including product discovery, user interviews, and stakeholder management.
- Professional experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking B2B SaaS or AI-based products from concept to launch is a strong plus
- Successful track record identifying and capitalizing on B2B software product expansion or cross-sell opportunities is also a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Research, or a related discipline).
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is a plus, especially with a focus on technology, AI, or operations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
