Education:

  • You are a student in your first to third year of studies at a communications, business, management school or university, specialising in events, corporate communications, or marketing.
  • Ideally, you have some previous experience in event management, preferably in the IT sector or a B2B environment.

1- INTERNAL EVENTS

Organisation & management of internal events

  • Assist in organising internal events (afterworks, seminars, coffee breaks, quarterly meetings).
  • Research and coordinate suppliers and venues (requesting quotes, comparing, logistics follow-up).
  • Build and monitor schedules for each event, anticipate and manage unforeseen issues.

 

Internal communication & engagement

  • Create communication materials (visuals, invitations, internal messages).
  • Manage registrations, follow-ups, and ensure staff engagement.
  • Propose and implement actions to unite teams and maximise participation.

 

Monitoring, innovation & employee engagement

  • Conduct benchmarks on trends in internal events.
  • Identify relevant HR and CSR events or initiatives.
  • Take part in developing new formats to enhance employee experience.

 

School & alumni events

  • Participate in organising events for schools (presentations, open days, recruitment workshops) and alumni (afterworks, professional gatherings, etc.).

 

Follow-up & continuous improvement – Internal

  • Collect and analyse participant feedback.
  • Assist in writing reports and making recommendations for future events.

2- EXTERNAL EVENTS

Monitoring & selection of external events

  • Benchmark trade shows and professional events in France and internationally.
  • Identify the most relevant events and contribute to the development of the annual calendar.

 

Organisation of trade shows & physical events

  • Assist in the operational organisation of trade shows (coordinating suppliers, materials, activities).
  • Support team logistics: planning, registrations, equipment, transport and accommodation.
  • Provide active support before, during and after the event.

 

Eco-system events

  • Co-develop hackathons, partnerships with start-ups, and other partner initiatives.

 

Webinars & digital events

  • Help prepare and coordinate webinars (speakers, rehearsals, materials).
  • Ensure smooth technical and organisational execution on the day.

 

External communication & coordination

  • Create visuals and materials to promote external events.
  • Take part in setting up mailing campaigns and communicating with participants and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) and external partners.

Reporting & optimisation – External

  • Monitor key KPIs (attendance, leads, engagement).
  • Assist with post-event reports and suggest improvements for future events.

Skills & Qualities

  • You have a C1 level of English, essential for working daily in an international environment (UK, Middle East, Australia, Brazil, US, Portugal, Switzerland).
  • You have good skills in visual creation tools, especially the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are a real asset.
  • You have some knowledge of emailing and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Inwink).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
