Local Community and Communication management

• Plan, organize, and execute events such as exhibitions, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
• Provide assistance to the committee in charge of entertainment events such as marathons, concerts, sporting events, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the community, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Promote volunteerism and community involvement among company employees.

Promote the company’s positive contributions to the community through social media, and other communication channels.

• Implement a local communication plan on our Great Place To Work label.
• Promote and market our job offers, internal life and benefits via Apgar’s communication channels.
• Create local content to feed the flow of platforms managed by Apgar Group teams (Microsoft Viva engage, websites, social media, newsletters).
• Develop engaging visuals, videos and graphics to support HR marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing teams.
• Organize, plan and communicate our local presence at job fairs, school open days, etc.

• Bachelor degree in marketing and communication
• Proven experience in the field for a minimum of 3 years.
• Good understanding of communication and marketing concepts.
• Good graphical illustrations skills and creativity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Advanced knowledge of photoshop and related tools.
• Mastery of French and English languages (oral and written) is a must.
